Coaching for Leaders

Leading by Design

Over eight weeks, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your leadership style, how you show up in calm and high-pressure moments, and develop strategies to lead with empathy, clarity, and impact. You'll learn how to rally your team, navigate challenges with confidence, and bring out the best in others (and yourself).

What You’ll Gain

Over the course of eight weeks, this program will help you lead with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Week 1: Your Leadership Operating System

Surface the principles and defaults that shape how you lead.

We begin with a deep dive into your leadership style using diagnostics and a skills/preferences matrix. This week is about naming the systems that drive your decisions, relationships, and results, so you can adjust them with intent. Naming your behaviours helps us become aware of them and that awareness is what allows meaningful shifts.

Week 2: Strategic strengths & Growth edges

Clarify what sets you apart and where you want to grow next.

Through narrative mapping and performance reviews, we’ll surface your executive strengths, known growth areas, and hidden patterns. You’ll leave with a framework to intentionally stretch your leadership without losing who yoy are in the process.

Week 3: Stability in uncertainty

Lead with clarity when others are spiraling.

Executives are judged by how they show up under pressure. We'll simulate high-stakes situations to help you recognize stress signals, communicate with presence, and remain a stabilizing force especially when ambiguity is high.

Week 4: Executive EQ and relational authority

Influence through trust, not control.

Leaders must lead beyond reporting lines. This week, we’ll deepen your emotional intelligence and relational awareness so you can build alliances, navigate team dynamics, and earn trust at every level of the organization. We’ll also map key people you work with on the Operating System framework to uncover where your styles converge and diverge.

Week 5: Decision-Making and delegation at scale

Free yourself to lead without being a martyr.

We’ll build a scalable framework for making calls, communicating decisions, and empowering others without losing control. You’ll clarify what only you can do, and what you should stop doing now to operate at the next level. This week is about letting go. Letting go is hard, but it's needed so you can grab on to what's needed from you next.

Week 6: Feedback, conflict, and psychological Safety

Build a team that is honest and respectful.

High-performing cultures depend on leaders who handle conflict well. We’ll work on feedback rituals, power-aware communication, and hard conversations. You’ll learn how to create a space where honesty isn’t just allowed...it’s expected.

Week 7: Creating Systems so you can lead people effectively

Design the conditions for great work AND get out of the way.

You’ll learn how to architect environments that fuel autonomy, creativity, and aligned execution. From hiring to rituals to meeting hygiene, we’ll make your leadership model visible and repeatable.

Week 8: Your Leadership thesis

Articulate what you believe, how you lead, and what comes next.

We’ll distill your learning into a clear, values-driven leadership thesis. You’ll leave with a personalized, actionable plan—and the language to communicate your vision, standards, and impact.

Lead What’s Next

You know yourself and now you can build a team that’s dynamic, well-rounded, and self-aware.

You’ve sharpened your thinking, refined your practices, and strengthened your presence. You’re in the driver’s seat, managing relationships up, down, and across your org. You’re equipped to lead with clarity, generosity, and momentum. Make your next chapter your best one yet!

Becoming a better leader is a lifelong journey. The best leaders I've worked with are continuously evolving, adapting, and refining their approach. As you put these strategies into action, you’ll build greater clarity, confidence, and impact in your career. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if leadership coaching is right for me?

If you’re looking to sharpen your leadership skills, improve decision-making, or navigate challenges with confidence, coaching can help. It’s for both experienced leaders and new ones who want to lead with clarity and impact.

What kind of leaders do you coach?

I work with executives, managers, and high-potential leaders in design, product, and tech. Whether you’re stepping into leadership or refining your approach, coaching is tailored to your challenges. I also help leadership teams formulate and communicate strategy so they’re ready for what’s next. Check out team workshops for more on how I help teams think creatively, collaborate effectively, and solve problems with confidence.

How is coaching different from mentorship?

Coaching helps you uncover your own answers through strategic questioning and reflection. Mentorship is more advice-based, sharing personal experiences. Coaching empowers you to shape your own leadership style and strategies. I’m here to hold up a mirror, helping you reflect on where you’ve been, where you’re going, and what’s possible. You’ll gain fresh perspectives, move forward with greater clarity, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.

What results can I expect from coaching?

The results can be life-changing if you’re ready to put in the work. When you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone and challenge your blind spots, you’ll develop sharper decision-making skills, stronger communication, and a clearer leadership vision. You’ll gain strategies to navigate conflict, drive alignment, and create lasting impact in your organization. Think of me as your co-pilot, helping you tackle tough situations and equipping you with tools to handle challenges you haven’t faced before.

Will my work pay for your coaching?
  • Many employers are open to covering coaching costs as part of their training and development allowance.
  • I can help you build a strong case by framing coaching as a strategic investment in leadership capacity and career growth.
  • I’ll provide invoices through my company so it fits seamlessly into your organization’s L&D or professional development process.
  • Together, we’ll define high-level outcomes that align with your role and your company’s goals—so the value of this coaching is clear, measurable, and defensible.
How often should I do coaching sessions?

We will schedule sessions around your life so that you can realistically committ to the work you need to do for your self-improvement. Sessions can be every two weeks or once a month, allowing you time to apply insights between meetings. We’ll tailor a schedule that fits your goals and workload. If you’re navigating a big career change or facing tough situations at work, I also offer weekly sessions with text check-ins between meetings to keep you on track.
